Vulcan Far Infrared Ceramic Heater
The wavelength at the peak of radiated energy is 1.5-11 microns.
A unique heating element that can be used directly at temperatures up to 1600°C!
This is a very unique heating element that forms an alumina coating based on a two-stage molybdenum heater. It can be used in high-temperature atmospheres similar to metal molybdenum heaters and graphite heaters, and it does not require care against atmospheric contamination. ■Features■ ■Can be used in multi-atmospheres that change during cycle operation in a single furnace, including oxidation, inert, endothermic, and reduction. ■Compared to molybdenum and graphite, it allows for heating element replacement even when the furnace is at high temperatures, minimizing furnace downtime. ■Can be used directly in the atmosphere, eliminating the need for a muffler to protect the heating element from the atmosphere, simplifying furnace design and reducing manufacturing and maintenance costs. ■Also suitable for oxidation treatment at low temperatures. ■Has a resistance at room temperature that is six times that of standard Kanthal Super, allowing for high output even during low-temperature operation. *For more details, please request materials or view the PDF data from the download section.
Ideal for research institutes and the electronics industry! High-temperature heating elements for clean processes.
Special ceramic components, high-purity heating elements required in the semiconductor manufacturing process.
Far infrared effect by ceramics.
It can be widely used in food, medical, and precision heating applications.
A stable far-infrared heater with no decrease in efficiency.
"Super Black" is a far infrared heater made of a special ceramic that has the best effect at specific wavelengths. The heating element has a long lifespan without chipping or discoloration during use, and the special ceramic reflector is made of aluminum, making installation and maintenance easy. Additionally, there is no concern about pollution as it does not emit toxic gases. 【Features】 ■ Economical ■ Stable heating and drying ■ High performance ■ Safe and hygienic ■ Compact and lightweight *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
It can be heated with a thermal load density three times that of an electric heater with a surface temperature of approximately 1000°C.
We offer a "Submersible Steam Ceramic Heater" that enables steam heating of liquids, which was not possible with conventional metals, by using a ceramic outer tube (liquid-contact part) for the heater body. The heater's outer tube is made of silicon carbide (SiC) ceramic. Due to its excellent acid and corrosion resistance, it can be used with liquids that are difficult to heat with metal heating tubes, such as hydrochloric acid and chromic acid. Please feel free to contact us if you have any inquiries. 【Features】 ■ High efficiency due to high thermal conductivity ■ Can be used with any type of heating liquid ■ Releases a large amount of heat at low temperatures *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
Far-infrared ceramic heater that can reduce power consumption.
<Features> 1. The adoption of a hollow structure suppresses temperature rise on the back of the heater, reducing power consumption. 2. It has good temperature tracking, with quick heating and cooling, allowing for precise temperature control. 3. The radiating element uses thermally and chemically stable ceramics, ensuring no decrease in efficiency due to aging. 4. There are clean specifications available, compliant with Class 100. 5. It allows for stable control, making it ideal for continuous heating. <General Specifications> Radiating surface dimensions: 120×120 mm, 120×58 mm (two types) Rated voltage: 200V Power capacity: 200–800W Maximum operating temperature: 750℃
